christmas layout #2

Here is the second layout from the class I taught last weekend. It’s also based on a sketch from the CK blog.

 

We did another faux stitch on this…around the border of each piece of cardstock…just handrawn lines with fun little hash marks for interest.

Then we hand drew the ornament lines and used a piercer to poke holes…then stitched with DMC floss. We used a back stitch and they turned out great!

I can see that I’m missing a bow…wonder where that went?

This layout only used two sheets of cardstock, and one double sided piece of Basic Grey…and not even the whole sheet!

We’re kicking around the idea of similar classes for different seasons of the year…what do you think?
