happy birthday

…to you? maybe.

…to Jesus? well, yes, of course.

But a few weeks back was a friends birthday and I made a fun card and forgot to share it.

(Forgive the photos…wasn’t paying attention to the lighting and realized after I had already given her the card…too late!)

I used left overs from my Teresa Collins birthday layout here.

I cut the pennants from the patterned paper that had them already printed…convenient!

Then I pierced them and hand stitched using embroidery floss. Time consuming but I liked the outcome.

The shiny one is actually a transparency layered on top of the pennant.
